U939X buttons and Function Manager

Hi,
I just go a brand new U939X. Where do I find the latest Function Manager app to control the
shortcut button for Microsoft Windows Ink and more?

Thanks for reply.

Following the very tricky installation guides I managed to install the Function Manager app through an URL to Windows Store mentioned in a text file. That was after I had tried to install LIFEBOOK Application Panel following your URL but hit the wal with a "must sign in on a device with MS account" (device is on the MS account!?) error.

Anyway, now I can launch a Functin Manager app and in there click LIFEBOOK Application Manager that open a Application Panel where I can control the shortcut and the ECO (on F9) buttons. That was possible after downloading "LIFEBOOK Application Panel - Button Configuration for ECO button, Shortcut button" and click the URL, which apparently install scripts for those buttons.

I still can't control Mic (on F2) nor mouse-icon (on F6). I hve downloaded FTS_MicMuteUtility and FTS_PointingDeviceUtilityforPrecisionTouchpad and tried to install (following a 3rd method by the way, you have to run a preinstall script in CMD with admin rights) but I get:

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log
failed to install

Exactly how do I get the hardware on this expensive laptop to work?

Further, how can Fujitsu in 2020 provide such un-userfriendly software in general / why is there not just a simnple straight forward installation the sets up a tool with everything ready to use??

Can you please describe your issue in details i.e.: are you able to use function keys right now?
Please also download and run our application: Systemscan. This will generate overall report about installed software. We will be able to check if perhaps other drivers are missing from your system: Download SystemScan here: http://docs.ts.fujitsu.com/dl.aspx?id=7 ... 170745cbe9 (download, run and attach to the call *.HTM file generated by this software).

I have run the tool and the report it VERY comprehensive so I don't want to attach it here and all other drivers are fine on my system. And yes I have read p41. The only fn keys that does not work are Mic (on F2) and <mouse-icon> (on F6) as mentioned.

For Fn+F1 combination please install Mic Mute Utility:

For Fn+F6 keys combo. please double check that touchpad is not working after pressing the keys. To fix this we would need to install appropriate device drivers and/or touchpad drivers itself. Here´s where Systemscan comes handy as we can´t say which of the drivers are installed and which are not.

Not sure why you respond like that? I have function manager installed. As I wrote: I can't control Mic (Fn-F2) nor mouse-icon (Fn-F6). The FTS_MicMuteUtility does not install ref screen shots shared here.
