Lifebook E756 - Second drive not recognized on Bios

Postby av9 » Mon Jan 27, 2020 11:42

Hi all,

I'm trying to add a second hard disk on my Fujitsu Lifebook E756 but it's not being detected by windows disk manager not Bios. Even swaping the 1st disk with the new 2nd, my original main disk is not detected on the second bay while the new one is detected on the 1st bay (seen on Bios).

For some reason the second bay is not working or is not enabled, Is it necessary any firmware/software update to enable the second bay?

The bay module is the original from Fujitsu and the second disk is a SandDisk Pro SSD 480Gb.

Thanks in advance,
Regards

Helga

Bestellnummer: S26391-F1244-L709 (siehe deutsches Datenblatt)

Change them mode in BIOS.spotify premium
Also try connecting them on different ports.
