I have recently tried to backup my windows 7 system before attempting to update to Windows 10.
The windows backup menu requires setting up a system repair disk first, which would contain a copy of the system files, which backup says it can't find on the PC.
Fujitsu support link points to Microsoft.
Microsoft requires your software keycode. When the keycode is entered Microsoft says 'the software was part of an OEM package' and to 'contact the Manufacturer for support' (that is Fujitsu).
I have gone round in a circle. Any ideas please?
My main concern is not to lose working copies of Microsoft Office 13 and others.
