Primergy TX1310 M3 boots into Windows Recovery Enviroment

Hi

We have deployed, what is our first Fujitsu server. The Setup is (16GB RAM, 4x4TB Seagate Exos disks RAID 10 configured PRAID onboard, Windows Server Essentials 2016)

Being our first Fujitsu server configuration was new to us but we completed the following. Enable RAID in UEFI, Booted using Server View and configured RAID 10.

Everything else was normal, added the RAID driver during Windows Install, installed latest Drivers and Windows updates at the time (up to 14-05-19).

However things have been operating strangely since, BitLocker after enabled caused the system to boot into WinRE (Repaired Windows via modified WinPE disk WinRE not detecting disks due to missing RAID driver) and then this month the latest Windows Server Cumulative Update KB4503267 caused the same issue boots into Windows RE our other servers Lenovo and Dell updated with no issues.

Currently the client is running on a backup Dell server while we investigate, am I missing something with this being our first Fujitsu and what is the best procedure to test the hardware (Can't quite find the right place on Server View).

Before we contact Support is there any pointers. We were planning to potentially switch all future deployments to Fujitsu so hope its somtehing simple.

Thanks in advance.
