Secure boot password problem

Hi,
I have lifebook A 514 and I have updated bios a few months ago via official update software and my bios version 2.09.
A few days ago I wanted to format my PC but it wanted me secure boot password. I didn't set a password but if incase of forgotting password, I tried all my passwords I generally used and I used master password generator with system disabled code.

I can send proofs (invoice, box and personal ID card image ) admins to verify about PC owner.

Please help.
