not surprised at that - this is a user help user forum any support channel means likely picking up a phone and dialing them directly for either support or warranty support. its android os thats the issue and why this does this in ireland - its as if it goes right - where am i - (ireland) where the hell am i must reboot and try to locate where we are ?? lol
