cannot reload windows xp

hope someone can help, l amm trying to install windows xp onto my computer, when its down loading , this comes up , file could not be found
iaSTOR/Sys and it will not go any further,now when l start my computer this also comes up ,do you want to start windows xp , and also do you want start windows xp set up. if you click start xp setup its starts all over again, is there any other way l can format my system, many thanks ken
ps my computer is a fujisu siemens scenic edition 102
