shut down problems

When i try to shutdown my computer from start/turn off computer, it just restarts instead of shutting down.

Got to START-->RUN, type in 'msconfig'. Now select the file card 'Systemstart' and deselct all. <BR>Hope this helps you a little.<P>greets
