N560 and Bluetooth

Postby Mike Austin » Mon Jan 29, 2007 10:24

I have had my N560 for 5 days. I have had a few problems which have been solved, but one problem remains - Bluetooth + ActiveSynch. I see there are several threads here and elsewhere about this issue where it is recommended to load a new Bluetooth 'stack' (e.g. Broadcom). However, I have also read that some stacks create other problems and sometimes they cannot be removed. Before I rush off and try a new stack, what is the current thinking on the safest way to fix the Bluetooth + ActiveSynch problem?

OK, let's try another approach. Has anyone been able to run ActiveSync on Bluetooth with the N560 straight from the box - i.e. no additional drivers, software, hacking etc?

Gunther,

Are you suggesting using the Bluetooth stack for this USB device on the NS560?
