I have the m7400 but have lost the driver disc's and windows cd. The product code is on the back of the laptop as standard.
The device is now so slow I think a reformat is in order but without the disc's I cannot proceed. Any ideas how I can get copies of the driver disks?

You can either contact FSC support center and request new disks (of course it cost) or you can download all drivers and updates from FSC site http://support.fujitsu-siemens.com/com/ ... loads.html
What to do with lost Windows CD is bit problematic - if you have your Windows licence, you can call Microsoft support and also request new CD explaining your situation, but I don't know how they solve such problems.
