When you try to enter a serial number for driver downloads - the website returns an error. Please fix!

Why is the serial number necessary??

Other manufacturers let's you drill down in the menus if you do not have the serial.

It is the same problem when you enter the enter the device´s identification number , it doesent work... Fix it
