I've just checked the contens of B100_D1127_1041.exe from
http://www.fsc-pc.de/support/softwareassist_e.asp
Image includes such files as
c1127_01.omf and d1127_01.ocf
The command in autoexec.bat is:
flashbio /AUTO
If it doesn't work correctly - try to manually change the file needed.

I'm not sure this version will solve this problem...
OK. I've just found and checked 1127109.EXE
There are 2 OMF-files: a1127_00.omf and c1127_00.omf
I don't remember which one You do need - maybe try both variants. I think, "c" means "archive" and You do need "a".
Edit autoexec.bat string
%FLASH /AUTO%
to
BIOFLASH a1127_00.omf
Try it!

Ok... Thank You for info!
Maybe that's why the Primergy B-100 link contains only the oldest BIOS...
