error led is blinked

I have a Primergy RX300 S7 server
I replaced my processors with E5-2665 and the error LED is blinked.

Can someone help me

- Check System Event Log in iRMC
- Install latest BIOS, iRMC firmware, and appropriate processor microcode patches
