I have a question about the upgrade possibility of internal SSD for Lifebook U748. I have U748 with an SSD SATA III 256 GB M.2 and I want to upgrade the SSD module to PCIe-SSD 512 GB M.2 NVMe. Unfortunately, I didn't find any information about compatible SSD modules for U748.
The U748 data sheet has the note 'Internal storage interface: S-ATA III or PCIe'. It is not clear whether the U748 with SATA SSD installed can be upgraded to something else SATA SSD or to PCIe SSD (NVMe) also. So in other words, does each U748 equipped with both SATA and PCIe lanes for its M.2 slot?
