It's some time since I last used the bluetooth function on my laptop running Windows 10 Home 64-bit but it no longer works. It doesn't always find nearby devices and it won't pair with any that it does find. I get the message "Incorrect PIN or Passkey". However, I can pair with all devices, but not the laptop, using my Kindle Fire HD 8.
I've spent a lot of time searching on Google and I'm still unclear as to this problem's origin. Many people blame it on a faulty Windows 10 update. I've been using Intel's Driver and Support Utility to try to find an updated driver but it doesn't find one. Other info from Intel say they are rolling out Windows DCH drivers starting November 2018. Do we have to wait for Fujitsu to get hold of these drivers and adapt them for use on their products and then distribute them via Windows Update? I won't go anywhere near Windows Update if I can help it because I don't want to be auto-updated to v1809 with all its problems.
So, do you have Bluetooth problems on an LH532 laptop?
