3 displays 1 Port Replicator

I am an engineering student in California and have:
Fujitsu Lifebook T726 with Intel HD graphics 520
Fujitsu FPCPR231AR Port Replicator with 90 watt power supply

The port replicator has four (4) monitor connections, two (2) display port, one (1) VGA, one (1) DVI.

The DVI connection is shared with one of the display ports. So they can not be both used at the same time. So I am not using the DVI port at all.

Anyhow, I have three monitors plugged in:
two (2) via display port, (HP z30i @ 2560x1600, Dell p2217h @ 1080x1920)
one (1) VGA which does not display (another Dell p2217h)

Intel HD Graphics Control Panel doesn't show the other Dell monitor. It only lets me chose the laptop display.

Why isn't the docking station outputting through VGA at all? Even when I disable the laptop screen? None of the documentation I've read really explains that...

These options are ranked from most to least favorable:
1.) Will a 150 watt power cord enable the VGA connection on the port replicator?
2.) Does the port replicator support display port 1.2? Can I use a Multi-Stream Transport Hub (MST) to connect the two dell monitors via one display port connection.
3.) Does the T726 support WiDi which is wireless displays? I think it does but can't find it specified by Fujitsu. Presumably a Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter will work
4.) Display Link USB to Display Port adapter...

Can anyone advise on how to get this port replicator to output three video signals, after I disable my laptop monitor?

Update 1

The Fujitsu Lifebook FPCPR231 Port Replicator and the T726 support Display Port 1.2 and can be used to daisy chain monitors together. I successfully connected 3 monitors, although not all my own, when I hiked to my Universities library earlier today with my Lifebook, it's port replicator, corresponding cables, and believe it or not, an extra monitor in my backpack.

My Universities library had a Dell U2415 which has a Display Port input and output specifically for daisy chaining. So I connected all the monitors up.

Port Replicator Display Port A was connected to the Dell U2415 which itself was connected ("daisy chained") to my Dell 2016H

Port Replicator Display Port B was connected to a Dell 2007FP via a display port to DVI connector since that monitor doesn't have inbuilt display port. I was then able to choose the three monitors I wanted.

This is what I wanted and it worked using those monitors and daisy chaining. Which is not explicitly specified as a capability of the docking station or laptop on any promotional material I've found.

I however do not use the monitor I carried to the library and don't even have the two I used at the library.

To use with my own monitors I am intending on purchasing a MST hub since none of my monitors have a display port input and output. This is the one I will buy and report back on regarding whether it works or not:

Note that one cable I tried from the dock to the Dell U2415 caused it and the monitor connected to it to flash even though the cables are rated as being Display Port 1.2 cables. I had to switch cables before the images were steady so that was an issue for me. I read a Dell forum which suggested using the Display Port cable that came with the monitor which worked like a treat (luckily the library had that cable in there dangling)...

Update 2

Yes!!!

The Multi-Stream Transport (MST) hub worked a treat with my Fujitsu Lifebook and port replicator. Now all of my monitors are up:

Interestingly,

datasheet for the port replicator says that this is the maximum resolution:
2 displays @ 4,096 x 2,160
That equals 17,694720 pixels

datasheet for my Lifebook says the max resolution on the port replicator is:
2 displays @ 2,560 x 1,600
That equals 8,192,000 pixels

But I'm running
2 displays @ 1920 x 1080 + 1 display @ 2560 x 1600
That equals 8,243,200

So it appears that I am over the maximum pixel count specified by the datasheet for my Lifebook; therefore, I would surmise that I may not be maxing out the T726's Intel HD 520 graphics and that possibly higher resolutions might even work...

[Accessories]

The accessories that we used to connect the speaker to the amplifiers, monitor to the computer, DVD to the TV is called av accessories. A few days ago the av cable of my DVD damaged by anyhow and needed to buy a new one. I visited a website named Dealz-areus and buy what I needed. The quality of their cables are so high and they provide the fastest delivery. I totally satisfied with their service.
