Well, "CSS" expands to "Customer Self Service", which is supposed to indicate that a trained customer (in computer hardware, of course) would be able to help themselves to rectify the issue...
In case you don't consider yourself in this kind of category, you'd better ask Technical Support. Especially, if you don't know about all possible implications of replacing a failed memory module with spares of unsecure origin.
