UEFI boot on a Primergy TX100 S3p server

Hi,

Trying to get my old Primergy TX100 S3p server up to date, but I can't get it to boot up in UEFI.

I'm on the latest BIOS, I can't seem to find an option anywhere that enables UEFI etc.
Tried booting DVD and USB stick, no joy...
