management interface connection problem

management interface connection problem

Hi.

BX400, ethernet switch: PY CB Eth Switch/IBP 1Gb 36/12
I have a problem with management port of ethernet swich.
I can see ip-address of switch from chassis RemoteManagement, but unable to ping or telnet.
Also can't connect to IRM interface of blade servers. But if turn LAN Port from Management LAN to LAN1(Shared LAN1) the interface becomes available.
