Celsius W370 status codes

Postby SimpleMatters » Thu Sep 27, 2012 13:08

Hi.

My Celsius W370 with D2831-S mainboard freezes on startup. Front LED indicator shows STATUS 90, display stucks at POST screen and remains there for indefinite time. Subsequent reboots can finally overcome this problem in about 10-20 minutes and start the OS. I strongly suspect problems with power, but can't confirm it since I don't know what STATUS 90 means. Can anyone give me a hint on status or error codes for this mainboard?

Thanks.

please disconnect tiny LCD. If then the system boots Ok could be that - latest bios should rectify
Please make sure your bios is not on 6.00.1.02
If it is update bios to latest 6.00.1.19

What to do if BIOS version: 6.00.1.19 (the latest) and the same problem with status:90 on my Celsius W370?
After a couple of minutes you can start PC again.
Istn't it related with power supply to disk controller?
