[L7300] Ram upgrade issue

Hello everyone,

So, RAM issue, first I'll give some RAM specs:
DIMM1: Transcend TS64MSD64V3J
Module size 512 MB (1 rank, 4 banks)
Early RAS# Precharge Not supported
DIMM2: Infineon 64D64020HDL6B
Module size 512 MB (2 ranks, 4 banks)
Early RAS# Precharge Supported
Both 333MHz
NB: VIA PN800

I brought out specs that are different. I've been trying to get 1GB of total ram for a while now.
Current set works.. kinda.
The thing is
1)if I switch the modules in sockets, the thing doesn't work
2)if I put one Transcend module into D1 or D2 it doesn't work
3)if Infineon module (one 512 per system)is in D1 it doesn't work, if D2 it works wheather there is something in D1 or not.

A side from problem- could someone define rank and bank, and if you know then Early RAS~ thingy aswell.

Well kind of messed up story, but mybe someone could help.

These are the correct memory part numbers that are known to work with this unit for upgrades on the ram.
S26391-F2594-L200 Memory 512 MB DDR SDRAM PC 333

I can also list a stick of 1GB
S26391-F2594-L3001024 MB DDR SDRAM PC 333

You will never actually reach 1 GB though so its possible you are not seeing 1GB and think theres a problem when there is not. The video onboard is Integrated graphics: Unichrome Pro Video RAM 64MB shared . sorry I have no info on the RAS.
