V5535 BIOS Hard drive detect problem

Hi folks,

Currently upgraded the V5535 from 120GB to 160GB drive.
120GB drive has gone bad.

BIOS will not detect new drive but does detect the old drive. Have installed the latest firmware but still no joy.

Have reviewed the specs on the web for V5535 and it shows it's capable of 160GB drive.
Could someone let us know what the problem is?
I have tried all the setting in the BIOS to detect the drive. One setting did mange to detect the drive but when I went to save the setting and went back into the BIOS, it shows a result of none for the hard drive.
