[V5505] is not starting. Please help.

I have problem with my Esprimo Mobile v5505 after shutting down or hibernate.
I need to Unplagued the battery and the power in order to start the notebook. When i try without that there isnt anything on the screen, bios or some information, its just stay like that. After unplagued the battery everything is fine, but i'm tired of doing that.

Its not happening every time, sometimes its work very good, but not always.
I have tried with everything: formating, hibernate, sleeping, changing HDD ... but the result is same.
Why should i unplagued the battery and the power and after that its working fine, what should cause that problem.its not software problem definitely,because i have tried with Windows XP but its same.

what bios version are you running ?

The latest avialable is : BIOS Windows Flash (32) - Winflash_ESPRIMO V5505 Version: A1D

find out via system information
start - accesories - system tools

Hi. I cant uploaded document with info from information system, thats why i paste here the info.
I hope you can find it what version is and what should i do. But please tell me clear and exactly what to do if i need to update the BIOS because i have really rally bad experience with doing that.

you are running R01-A0S
your bios is old and you could try updating your bios. Its recommended if your a little unsure and need more clear instruction than what is already on the bios download link here http://uk.ts.fujitsu.com/support/ then get a professional to do it for you.

As I see in the download BIOS section there is A0S link but just for Amilo notebooks, but i have Esprimo Mobile.
Here are the links:

So obviously you have the wrong selected unit.

see the picture i attach - nothing about amilo there

Oh okay. I found it.
So i need to download one of these A1D, depends how to plan to flash the bios, with CD or Windows flash, right ?
As i read in the file description if i download the Winflash.exe , i need just to start the EXE and nothing else.

Correct but remember to disable background apps like Anti Virus if you run it within windows (more risky but much easier)
running a bios outside of windows by using the provided iso is actually recommended.

Ok then. Lets switch to ISO cd.
I need just to burn the ISO file on CD, restart the computer and boot from the CD, right ?
It wont be some question or selection, for serial or version during the process ?

use this app to burn the iso http://download.cnet.com/Active-ISO-Burner/3000-2646_4-10602452.html
This will make it bootable when burned. Just reboot and boot from the cd i think it runs auto.
