[S7110] Notebook won't start, numlock and capslock blinks

I'm encountered a strange problem with my notebook a while ago:

When power-on button pressed, fan started, HDD indicator blinks for a moment, and than numlock and capslock start blinking simultaneously. The LCD remains blank, and nothing happens.

Well, what could it mean? Should I send my notebook to service?

I encountered the same problem this morning (laptop won't start, just blinking symbols). Have you found a solution?
