To install this under Windows 7 x86-64 I had to go to the Device Manager i.e. Start-> Control Panel -> Device Manager -> *Human Infrared Receiver (EC PMC) -> Properties -> Driver Tab -> Update Driver - Point to unpacked x86-64 Drivers.

*This will like show up as an Unkown Device at first you can choose the "Details Tab" -> "Hardware IDs" To verifiy it with "ACPI\ITE8709", that'll be the CIR Device.


Again that should be about it...
