Win7 64 auf v5505

Guten Tag

ich habe auf meinem Esprimo Mobile V5505 windows 7 64 bit installiert. Es funktioniert alles tadellos. Bis auf das WLAN.

Der WLAN Adapter ist vorhanden. Jedoch kann ich ihn nicht einschalten.

- Der Schalter am Gehäuse für Drahtlosverbindungen funktioniert nicht
- FN + F1 funktioniert auch nicht

Ich habe auf der Treiberseite erfolglos gesucht. Gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit oder ein Update, um das WLAN zu aktivieren?

Just for your reference

For my V5535 under Win7 32 combination of Fn+F1 is working but without any graphical indication on the screen. So don't wait to see something....

at least i should see that the wireless adapter goes online. Windows 7 troubleshooting tells only "activate WLAN"...
So it looks like the comination doesnt work with win 7 64

Do you know this: I find out some interest document named "Windows® 7 Support for Fujitsu Technology Solutions Notebooks
and Desktop PCs". In that document written that Esprimo mobile V55x5 have level of support is only "Supported" of Windows 7. As I understand, "Fully Supported" level will be available only after 27.11.09 (estimated date of new BIOS version)

thank you. but that doesnt mean that 64 bit will be supported or? but i will wait 2 weeks until i need to change to windows 7 32bit.

I made the same decision, and right now I'm again with WinXP. (thanks to Acronis True Image Home 2009). Because under WinXP + RMclock utility my V5535 working 2 hours from battery (4400mA)

By the way, during wait period you may try to install drivers for Wi-Fi from Vista in compatibility mode. May be it will help, I dn. For me it was useful in case of touchpad.

ich habe genau das gleiche Problem wie Dixus, nur mit Win 7 32 bit; alles funktioniert bestens, bis auf die zwei Einschaltsmoeglichkeiten der Wlan: es regt sich nichts. System sagt, es sei alles in Ordnung, und dass ich nur die Wlan einschalten soll, aber es geht nicht. Ich habe auch die drivers von XP und Vista versucht, ohne Erfolg.
HAT JEMAND EINE LOESUNG GEFUNDEN?

Hi, me again in english, just because more people can read my post.
I have the very same problem as Dixus, but on a Win 7 32 bit; everything works fine, except the Wlan, which does not start from the front switch nor from the Fn+F1 combination. The system says the driver and the hardware are in order, and that I just have to turn on the Wlan, but nothing. I also tried several XP abd Vista drivers on the same Win 7 installation, invane.
Anybody got a solution?

Eine Lösung? Ich bin nahe dran!

So wird's wohl bald werden: Esprimo zu ebay und ein neues HP Notebook gekauft. Mein Vater hat gerade eins bekommen und beim Bekannten sind die Studenten an der ganzen BA mit HPs ausgestattet worden. Sind absolut klasse Geräte!

Unsere FH macht auch ne Sammelbestellung, das werden wohl auch HPs werden
