Postby mirko035 » Sat Dec 05, 2009 1:44

Hi!

I bought Notebook Amilo Pi 3525 last month.I have Windows 7 installed on it.This model has integrated camera, but i have one huge problem!!!Camera doesnt work at all! Some say driver is poblem, some say i need software for it....others say maybe camera is broken....Everytime when i turn on notebook blue light is shown next to the camera. The interesting thing is that i cant find any sign of Amilocam in Controlpanel, or in any other aplication!Help me please.....Do i need driver or maybe specified softwer in order to use my camera?
Thanks!

Hi,
You don't need to find anything :) The cam has built in driver for Vista/7 and all you need is some app that will use the cam like Windows LIVE messenger (MSN) or Skype etc.
Just install the IM software, and use the camera with the IM start/stop buttons... if it has blue light it is powered on, and when it goes into red - make sure your hair looks nice!

But if you'd like to test cam (or your hair LOL) without any IM, then go to Fujitsu's support/download driver page and look for a app named Fujitsu webcam test. With that app you can test cam offline as much as you like it :)

Re: Fujitsu LIFETIME A530 Webcam problem

At the time of video chatting, my face looks dark, because the light of the webcam hasn't switched on. I saw the light of the webcam is on automatically with starting the webcam at my friends laptops. But, why, the light is off at my webcam? My Laptop model is: Fujitsu LIFETIME A530. Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate. There is installed ArcSoft for my webcam. How can I solve the problem of my webcam?
I'm new to any kind of Forum. I can't find How can I post from my profile. That's why, I have written my problem here. Please, reply my question if anyone know....
