The yellow marks mean you need the drivers for those parts of your computer. It must be a very old verion of XP if it doesn't have drivers for so many components.
My advice, download and install Windows 7 RC from here via BitTorrent

http://foxyurl.com/1fe. I tried the 64 bits version and run faster and better than the 32 bits one in my Esprimo V5535.
If you prefer to use XP you will need to find all those drivers one by one from the web sites of each producer.
Try also running the Fujitsu-Siemens CD that comes with the laptop and installing all the drivers it brings or download them fro the Fujitsu-Siemens web site if they are avilable.
