Vista Audio Drivers?

Hi all,

I'm running Windows vista, using the standard audio driver that Windows supplies, but I'm only getting very basic options.

My *main* problem is getting audio out. Primarily, the headphone socket doesn't work, and doesn't seem to exist as far a Windows is concerned.

I tried using a scart block on one of the two scart sockets on the back (a scart connector with three phonos - Left audio, right audio, and or video) but that doesn't work either. I have physically installed the scart connecter internally so it's not a physical problem.

since my unit was 'barebones' the driver disc was... well... a bit rubbish, so I don't know what I'm missing.

Was ther a dedicated audio driver on the driver disc with the full unit?

You dont say what kind of tv your scaleo is hooked up too. let me know?

You can use any ac97 audio driver on the scaleo. try www.downloads.com you will find drivers on there..
