Hello, I have problem after wake up my notebook from sleeping mode after upgrade RAm from 3 to 4 GB. Computer is totally slow and it is´t possible to do anything on it, even turn off it normally :cry: . When I work on it just after turn on, it´s works perfectly :? ... In properties in my computer I can see 4 GB and also in the Bios. Before I had two RAMs 1+2 GB from Samsung, now I have 2+2 GB of this type Samsung 2GB 2Rx8 PC2 6400S. I use Windows 7 ultimate.

This is my hardware:
Fujitsu Siemens esprimo mobile V6545
MB: 34011949 48.4J001.011
Inter dual core 2,26 GHz
Graphic: ATI Radeon HD 3450 mobility
HDD: 320 GB WD

Where can be problem by your opinion ? Thanks for any advices :wink: Lubo

since problem is introduced after upgrading your ram it is likely either your memory slot or memory stick that is faulty or your bios is out of date ?
this is the memory type required for your machine - 2 GB (1 module(s) 2 GB) DDR2, 800 MHz, PC2-6400 of which the MAX is 4GB
this is the latest bios revision for your machine - 1.22 dated 11.08.2009 available here: http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/Download

Upgrading bios helps and solved my problem with 4 GB RAM, thank you for helping me. :)
