HI ALL
I have the above laptop and when I switch on it runs as far a the MICROSOFT XL SCREEN and then shuts down ,i have tried this many times but that is as far as it get to,would anyone know what might be wrong

switch on and tap f8 until you see an advanced option screen - choose safe mode from the list.
If you manage to enter safe mode, click start-> all programs -> Accessories -> system tools -> then click system restore
choose an earlier date when it was working.
