This is the Bios update not the full Bios which I asked for. And this an introduction from the readme.txt file: <<. Introduction

This package contains BIOS update files supporting BIOS Update in
Windows environment. To update the ME FW please use the ME FW update tool
which you can find in the driver section under AMT or MEI at our Support Page.
