Celsius H760 questions

Postby sirius2008 » Sun Jan 09, 2022 2:00

Does Celsius H760 have a "whitelist" bios/uefi ?
I ask this because I want to upgrade my laptop (i7 6820hq, 16GB ram, quadro m2000m, 2TB sata ssd, wifi ac8260) with a M.2 nvme SkHynix hfm256gdhtni ssd and a AX200NGW M.2 wifi card (this card doesn´t require CNVi).
If I do the upgrade, will the machine boot anymore ?
Is there any limitation I need to know ?

Hello :)

The available documentation for Celsius H760 can be found on our support page ("Downloads" - select operating system - "Documents" tab):
https://support.ts.fujitsu.com/IndexDow ... m&OpenTab=

CELSIUS H760 only supports Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260. It is possible to assemble PCIe 256 GB, PCIe 512 GB and SATA 256 GB FDE M.2 SSD modules.

Yes, you can upgrade a M2 Wifi card into your Celsius H760,
at least this is what I did two days ago.
There is nothing to change in uefi/bios.
The trickiest part is to get the keyboard off the sticky tape,
the rest is plug and play.

You'll have to re-pair your Blootooth devices after the change. Better un-pair your devices with the
old ac8620 card, you won't get rid of the old entries once the new card is inside.

Works great with Intel AX200ngw M.2 2230-card.
Have fun!
