H770 Cpu Throttling

Does anyone know why the cpu throttles down to 0.78GHz when on battery? Is there a setting other than the one shown in the picture that affects this?

When plugged in, the notebook works great but you can tell once on battery that it slows way down.

This is normal. The only one solution is to cancel the NVidea GPU and activate the integrated Intel Gfx while working on battery! Then no throtteling affects the CPU. Same here:
