Stylistic Q702 was released with VPRO technology and non-VPRO. Since we don’t have any details about your specific model, I assume that your version is non-VPRO with Windows 10 x64 installed. In case, when this assumption is not correct, please contact the Fujitsu Technical Support and provide a Serial Number of the device and required systemscan file.
The described problems can result from missing device drivers, outdated BIOS, or even mechanical damage to the keyboard - but let’s start with the simple scenario of missing drivers.
Please make sure that your device is up to date by installing the following drivers for Stylistic Q702 non-VPRO with Windows 10 64-bit system. Please bear in mind that the order of installation is also important:

Please read the following instructions before flashing the System BIOS:
* At least BIOS version 2.07 (flash file on support site is called 2.07FJJ) is required to use this BIOS update.
* This system BIOS can only be flashed to a system that has installed BIOS 2.xx.
* A cross flash from BIOS version 2.xx to 1.xx is not possible.
* Please connect a working AC adapter before starting BIOS flash.
* Please suspend BitLocker encryption before starting BIOS flash in case BitLocker encryption is enabled.
* Please do not switch off your system until BIOS flash process is completed.
* Please reboot your system after BIOS flash has been completed.
