I've tried disabling/uninstalling the battery drivers, rescanning the hardware as outlined here (https://www.cnet.com/forums/discussions ... ng-345945/) to no avail.
I was hoping that one of the holes, either on the left or right side of the table would be a manual battery reset, as is found on the back of the Q702, but no dice either.
Fujitsu's support site doesn't recognize the machine's serial number. It will not create a support ticket for love or money. Nor does the site give any indication of a contact in France where I might get service for the machine. I'd like to avoid having the batteries changed if at all possible.
If worse comes to worse, is there a manual procedure for doing so? The answer escapes me after repeated searching.
