Q702 vPRO: WINDOWS and Volume BUTTON NOT WORKNG after update to Win 10

Postby raffaele.pelosi » Thu Oct 29, 2015 23:55

After upgrade to Win 10 of my Q702 vPRO, the Windows and Volume Button not work!!
I've followed the steps in "FPC68-0698-01_Readme_STYLISTIC Q702_Windows 10 Upgrade 64-bit_EN" but at the end of installation, after the reboot, the Windows and Volume button not work!
Anyone know a solution?
Thanks!

Hello Rafaelle. I have exactly the same problem. Have installed the driver twice but no luck. There is no help on the internet as it just says install the driver.

I hope someone can help us.

Hello Raffaele, Dave,

The button problem can be resolved by following these steps (links are for W10 64bit edition)

1. Go to control panel -> Program and Features -> uninstall the Windows Driverpackage Fujitsu America.

2. Restart the system

3. Download and install the Fujitsu Button Driver with the following command:

DPInst.exe /s /se

http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/indexdown ... 9ABEA8762F

4. Download and install the ´Fujitsu System Manager´ from the Fujitsu Support web page:

http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/indexdown ... 2BAFAE600B

During setup the current installation of ´Fujitsu System Manager´ is uninstalled automatically first, and then it is re-installed again.

5. After successful installation, restart the system.

After Windows has started again, the ´Fujitsu System Manager´ should be installed correctly, the error should no longer appear.
