I installed the Jelly Bean UK version..worked fine for 2 weeks, now my M532 will not boot past the Green Android logo.. tried to reinstall but get abort error.. how can I reinstall the OS ?

Seen several similar stories out there.
Question, has anyone noticed a sniff of Fujitsu jumping in with a solution to ANY problem re m532 on this forum???
