WWAN Control Utility application

Hi there

I have a Fujitsu U7613 Lifebook, which - according to control panel > uninstall a program - has WWAN Control Utility (version 1.1.2.0) installed.

I cannot seem to locate this program to open it. It is not showing under Extras in Settings, either.

How do I locate this application to open it?
