Lifebook E5512A keyboard not working on wake up

Can you help with this issue please?
My Lifebook wakes fine when the screen has gone off but, when it actually goes to sleep, the screen will come back on, using either the power button or the mouse but the keyboard and number pad are locked and I am unable to log in until I have restarted the laptop.
I did set it to face recognition which opened the laptop after sleep but then found that the keyboard and number pad were still locked anyway!
I have downloaded (from Fujitsu) the latest drivers but I am still having the same issue.

Could you kindly clarify if your´re using Windows Hello feature or Fujitsu's AuthConductor software?
