Lifebook U938 can't turn on after sleep/hibernate

Help,

When I have not turned off the computer and folded the laptop screen, then when I open the screen, the laptop does not restart and has the following phenomenon: the light on the power button, the light on the wifi icon, the light on the battery icon are all the same. light/turn off simultaneously.
I tried pressing and holding the power button for a while but nothing happened.
I tried pressing the Reset button on the bottom of the laptop, even holding it for a while and then pressing the power button but nothing happened.
I have a lot of urgent work to do and need to use the computer. So please help me.

Thank you for contacting us,

Please try again to press the reset button on the underside of the notebook, but before doing it please disconnect the notebook from the mains adapter (AC adapter) and if applicable, from the Port Replicator as well.
Then please use a pencil or a wire (e.g. a paperclip) to press firmly into the opening of the on/off button for the battery, this will switch off the system.
The device will be currentless.
