U7511 + USB-C Port Replikator

Dear Fujitsu support,

I got brand new Notebook LIFEBOOK U7511, I did all drive/BIOS updates from this page: https://support.ts.fujitsu.com/IndexDow ... n&OpenTab=
(including Thunderbolt(TM) Controller (Onboard) and Realtek USB GBE Family Controller (Onboard))
But, I have an error while using: S26391-F3327-L100 Fujitsu Original USB-C Port Replikator
As soon as I connect the USB-C cable, Windows will crash and reboot. "RtUsbA64.sys".

I really want to keep the laptop and fix this problem, anyone can help me or give any hints?
Otherwise I will just return it with the dock.

Did you get your problem solved. Mine appears to work in so far as I can get my 2-HDMI and 1-VGA and originl laptop displays (4) working at the same time but I still need to connect my laptop usb-c power supply to the other usb-c port. Also the power on button on the replicator doesn't turn on or off laptop so I need to use local button.
I may not have original usb-c cable. Any one point me in the right direction of a replacement or compatible cable. What USB -C gen 3.1 or 3.2, what pd rating 60 or 100W, what data throughput 10 or 20 or 40gbs does it need to be thunderbolt 3 or 4 compatible?.

Please (let) install the following Firmware updates:

Thunderbolt (TM) 4 and USB Retimer Firmware Update Tool for U7511:

If this should'nt solve the problem we need for further investigation a current systemscan of the affected system.

I tried using the Firmware Update Tool from both devices, but both were unsuccessful.
What should I do if it didn't work for me? Should I send my systemscan here or a certain email adress?

We would like to also inform you that the NPR44 was tested and released for dedicated FUJITSU notebooks only.

Power on and off works for dedicated Fujitsu products (does not support LIFEBOOK A and CELSIUS H Mobile WS).

Hello Fujitsu Support Team,

I just tried to connect a Fujitsu U7511 Notebook to a Fujitsu TBT4 to try the Update and I got the Bluescreen right away. So it is not possible for me to actually try to Update the Dockingstation Firmware. Should I still send you guys the Systemscan only from the Notebook?

I have found the solution to this problem:

You have to go into your ":C" Drive and go with the following steps "Windows\System32\drivers".
In the Drivers folder you will want to search for "RtUsbA64.sys" and you will want to delete that!

After that you will be able to connect to the USB-C Port Replicator without any Bluescreens and then go to "Device manager". There the "Realtek USB Audio" will have a yellow warning sign, to get rid of the warning sign you will have to deinstall "Realtek USB Audio" and then search for any changes.
