No over heat issues, fan is working well.
In Windows event viewer system log i found the error as Event ID 37 (Kernel Processor Power)

Hi there :)

According to the information we got, please note that this device has reached end of support in 2016.

Check if BIOS is at latest version 1.30

I also suggest to apply new thermalpaste on CPU.

Kind regards,

Run a memory and hard drive test. Both shutdown/restart anomalies are often caused by a defective memory board.
Another idea: unlock and lock the CPU socket several times. There might be bad contact between the socket and any of CPU pins, that could cause such a behavior too.
