Hi There,

Lifebook S4510 due to its age is no longer visible in our databases. Lifebook S-4510 was sold with PENTIUM III @400MHz CPU. Many details are missing, and we can operate only on publicly available Internet search info. Depending on the general condition of your model the problem with USB drive boot can have multiple reasons.

To exclude not related with system issues, please follow the standard troubleshooting procedure of your USB drive:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/window ... lash-drive

Check if the USB drive is visible in BIOS. To enter the BIOS please refer to the operating manual: https://ia804504.us.archive.org/32/item ... 372395.pdf

To enter the BIOS Setup Utility do the following:
1. Turn on or restart your notebook.
2. Press the [F2] key once the Fujitsu logo appears on the screen. This will open the main menu of the BIOS Setup Utility with the current settings displayed.
3. Press the [RIGHT ARROW] or [LEFT ARROW] key to scroll through the other setup menus to review or alter the current settings.

I recommend to use FreeDOS http://wiki.freedos.org/install/ and create a bootable USB drive or CD-ROM drive.

Thank you.
Kind regards
