Fujitsu MyRecovery tools is blocking Windows 7 boot in AH531

I accidentally removed power adapter and laptop switched off abruptly. When I booted, I accidentally clicked Windows Repair option. And now Fujitsu MyRecovery tool gets executed whenever I boot the laptop and I am unable to boot Windows 7. I don't want to restore the laptop as I don't have any issues in laptop (Utility tool that came part of MyRecovery has scanned CPU, Memory, HDD & Display and reported no errors). I have installed lot of software that I cannot re-install now if I restore the old windows image. I am looking for a way to load Windows 7 instead of Fujitsu MyRecovery.

Once the recovery process has been initiated it seems the partitions have been renewed.
Backup and Restore are your responsibility.

You can check to get additional support from a local authorized service partner who can try to back up the existing files and data for further availability after the boot/correct installation has been done.
