"To create a SystemScan, download our application ´Systemscan´ via the following link and execute the EXE file included in the ZIP file on an affected system:

Please take into account that such file should not be posted in the forum as it contains sensitive data regarding the device.Also, yes WIN 10 could be the issue here, depending on compatibility, we would need to check the SystemScan tho. The SystemScan will pull the serial number of the device along with the installed SW and drivers which will help us determine the main issue here.
In the meantime I would also recommend the user to try to install WIN once more from scratch, these issues could be generated by an error during installation. (Many errors are not reported, or detected during installation, is a normal occurrence)"
