1. Try removing all peripherals, for example, external hard drives, keyboards, and mouse. Then, try rebooting your computer to have a check.
- I have no peripherals attached to the laptop.
2. Shut down the system and unplug all peripherals, all the cords and remove the battery. Then, press the power button for a minute to discharge it. Plug in the cords, install battery and reboot the notebook and check if it goes to BIOS or if it boots OS normally.
- On reboot nothing happens just a blank screen. I can go into the BIOS if I press F2
If it does not help, please go to BIOS and check boot order. Set the disk (or USB medium or DVD - you can try with all three options) as the primary boot option. Then please save this change, leave the BIOS and try to boot OS.
- Hard drive set to boot first - Reboot - Again blank screen nothing happens
Thanks
