Lifebook U series - fan humming

how I can prevent my laptop humming with the fan noise periodically. It gets very loud at times and hinders audio on video conferences. Noise increases with the speed of the fan every few minutes. Great laptop, powerfull, but going to have to change it if no solution.

sometimes I have the same problem and I can solve it by analyse + shutdown process at task manager. Normally fan is running permanent if CPU usage is blocking 20-30% for one process.
