Hello, I have a Lifebook S7220 and the battery will not charge. I ordered a replacement battery last week and now have it in-hand. Unfortunately this replacement battery did not fix the issue. I'm still stuck with two batteries at "0% and not charging." In windows, I tried removing/reinstalling the battery items from device manager to no avail.
-Did I receive a DOA battery replacement?
-Has the battery docking component failed?
Any tips, thoughts or suggestions are welcomed.
