Ultrabook U747

Hi

I recently purchased a U747 which I am really pleased with apart from I am now having issues when I try to hibernate the device. I have enabled this in Windows however when I select the option the device looks like it hibernates however the WiFi light continues to flash and when I open the lid the laptop comes straight back on which indicates it is in sleep mode not hibernate.

The device is running windows 10 Pro.

Any suggestions would be appreciated as I can't work out how to resolve this.

Hi Bains1000,

This sounds like driver issue which is preventing the laptop from entering Hibernate.

Please check which WiFi driver you have installed and update if necessary.
